From those great experiences, he founded T & A Home and Nature to develop Responsible and Sustainable Travel in Vietnam, meaningful social and community engaged activities and build up a community that shares same values and principles. Students are not interested in going to school because early marriage still happens. They have no purpose for going to school because thinking of the future depends on the forest. Because they rely on farming, deforestation happens with the desire to increase income, so the forest area is narrowed. Wild animals hunting is still happening, which affects the forest ecosystem in Gia Bac. K’Ho Minority Culture is faded away because the people have no purpose and space to perform.

Replacing industrial products with organic and natural products in order to limit the impact of chemicals and plant protection on the environment such as water land. T&A educates local people about the harm of crop chemicals affecting our ecosystems and directly affecting our lives. At the same time, thank for practicing organic farming on our own land, we gain practical knowledge about nature condition. So that, T&A guide people to minimize the use of chemicals in farming in the near future and towards organic farming in the future. As a part of guest’s experience program, local people have space where performs traditional performance and purpose to preserve culture as well. Educating about the environment and ecosystems, and the importance of forests in order to make people aware of protecting nature and not exploiting wild resources. Organize English classes, especially for women and children, in the purpose that they will have more jobs and income, children will be able to acquire knowledge.

Our most special feature is application of the Regenerative Tourism, which is applied in the world but in Vietnam we are the first organization apply this for Gia Bac, in order to have solutions for sustainable regional development and take on the role of a local people to do this. In order to improve the weaknesses which traditional tourism models have, we care and balance all three factors in Gia Bac development strategy Regenerative tourism is based on the inherent resources, creating conditions for all factors to develop together, none of which is damaged to develop the remaining. In fact, regenerative tourism has the potential to be an element of positive change that can contribute to a better quality of life for everyone sustainably.

We balance all 3 factors: people, planet and profit (3P). Unlike traditional tourism models that focus on profit, we put all 3 elements (3P) in balance, development and complementary to each other. Developing regenerative tourism contributes to the protection of natural resources and the environment, as well as the restoration and development of cultural and traditional values. This is an important factor for the restoration, conservation and promotion of traditional cultural values and opportunities for economic development in Gia Bac. We research and offer travel products about connecting, which includes connecting to ourselves, connecting to people and connecting to nature.
