In 2015, the Central Wisconsin Health Partnership (CWHP) convened a Health and Economic Development Summit for the six counties of the Central Sands agricultural region of Wisconsin. The purpose of this Summit was to catalyze collaboration towards the development of regional strategies to improve the health and vitality of our rural communities.
