Green sustainable farming for rural areas (small farms). It is a closed-loop farming system so almost nothing is wasted, as everything is reused.
1) Own fuel produced
2) Own fertilizer produced
3) Own chicken feed produced.
4) Selling chickens as final product (add value to maize and sunflower)

NOTE: GLYCEROL IS TOXIC FOR PLANTS- IT MUST FIRST GO THROUGH A PROCESS DEVELOPED BY BIOFUELSON

Environmental:
Huge reduction in CO2 emissions by using biodiesel
Less surplus chemical fertilizers in rivers and water table - less chemical fertilizer will be used

Unique value proposition: What makes your initiative innovative? How does your project differ from other organizations working in the same field?

Most biodiesel producers concentrate only on fuel production and the sale of their waste (glycerol) to glycerin refineries. This is directly in competition with the food chain (food versus biofuel).

The BiofuelsON system concentrates on producing food and not on selling biofuels, therefore, there is no competition between food and fuel. Due to the closed-loop system where no waste is produced, and value is added to each chain, this system enables self-sustainable and green farming.

Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.

The realisation that you can sell your own fuel that you produced, added value to and used on your own farm, as well as get your fertilizer for free (combining your waste chicken manure and glycerol into fertilizer).
(Note that glycerol is toxic and cannot just be mixed with chicken manure)

By farming with Maize ,chicken and sunflower,a close loop system can be developed .Dont sell your maize and sunflower, press the oil out of the sunflower and producing your own green fuel.The protean cake left (after pressing the oil) out is been mixed with the maize to produce a balanced feedstock for the chickens.There are then tow important waste streams left chicken manure and glycerol (from the green fuel produced). making a super quality fertilizer.PLEASE READ THE CLOSE LOOP POWER POINT

BiofuelsON is doing well in research, designing and building of the necessary equipment for biodiesel production and utilization. The close loop farming model requires a strong collaboration with various small farms to create a sustainable farm management. With the advances made, efforts must be made to reach out to potential users of the machinery and technology. A strong financial sustainability plan and business model must be established to make the company be on its feet effectively. We are pleased with the advances made and will collaborate with you further to establish such plants in Ghana and the West African sub-region for our moringa biodiesel and organic fertilizer programs. More grease to your elbows.

Hi Mr Joseph Brenyah. Thank you for your input. The next level will indeed be to proof the concept (Close loop farming). It will also be a new way of farming ( green and self sustainable) I was a farmer for 16 years and have very much experience in cattle, maize, sunflower, cotton and peanuts. Not much on moringa trees but know a lot of it (only litriture). I think it is one if the best trees no wonder its calling the miracle tree. I wil colobirate further with you and also with the network of people you already working with. My aim is to assist farmers to be a green farmer (closeloop) more specifically for the African type of farming. The world need it and the people to.
