Problem: What problem is this initiative trying to address?

The initiatives are trying to address the problem of Child suffering in Malnutrition which is a national problem and early initiation is compromised by low delivery rates at health facility where only or less than 50% of mothers deliver at Health facilities. Reports had shown that children of mothers assisted at delivery by health professionals are more likely to initiate breastfeeding within one hour after birth (58 percent)

Solution Summary: What is the proposed solution? What do you see as its most promising aspects for creating shared value?

To change the Stunting situation currently 42 per cent of under five children, and is only a two percentage points lower than it was five years ago. Slow down the burden of stunting in Tanzania which ranks third in Sub-Saharan Africa, after Ethiopia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Child underweight (16 percent) also remains at unacceptable levels, and the country is not on track to achieve the Goal 3-. Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages including pockets of very high acute malnutrition, including Zanzibar where 12 per cent of children are affected. About one third of children age 6-59 months are iron deficient and vitamin A deficient, 69 Inequities in child nutrition continue to persist. Children in the lowest household wealth quintile record the greatest stunting levels (48 percent) compared to others in a high level family status

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Specify both the social and the environmental impact of your work

Goal 13. Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts* Climate Impacts
The initiative works to address climate change as well as reduce vulnerability to climate-related stresses or mitigate climate change through protecting forests and other activities; thus the educated women are more likely to understand the importance of addressing the climate change as well as reduce vulnerability to climate-related stresses or mitigate climate change through protecting forests and other activities as well as to seek healthcare for their children, and to get jobs. Education delays the onset of childbirth, but also empowers women, "because once there're more educated, they can have more autonomy, more say in decision making processes in development matters and as well all the global status.

Financial sustainability plan: How is this initiative financially supported? How will you ensure its financial sustainability long-term?

This will be financially supported by-

2. Grants -When AVAILABLE
3. Corporate contributions -willingness
4. Earned income =MEMBERS ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
5. Other =GIFTS FROM FRIENDS

Unique value proposition: What makes your initiative innovative? How does your project differ from other organizations working in the same field?

This one is innovative as its Strategic Priority has a distinct scope and modality, that speaks out

Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.

At beginning of this initiative we aimed to support and inform the Global effort to alleviate the impact of HIV and AIDS on Maternal and Child Health by supporting Interventions that engage Communities, and empowers those Communities to deliver projects that reach individuals at risk of HIV infection as well as provide support coping mechanisms of those already infected. What we strongly believe is that;the Leadership and involvement of Community-Based Organizations (CBO’s) remain to be very much critical to the work of successful HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment. In essence, (CBOs) Community Based Organizations are able to engage with better services to people infected and affected by HIV, and its impact;as well as future options
