Problem: What problem is this initiative trying to address?

lack of family toilet occur in global due to 4 factors, 1. Intrrnally : health awareness, education, economic. 2. lack of Leadership to promote healthy lifestyle and low of birocratic attention. 3. Low of applied technology 4. Climate and environment. We solve these all using 1. hypnolatrine motivation, 2. BALATRINE toilet, the amphibious WC that cheap easy fast to made, 3. Katajaga approach, where people work all together. 4. visit counselling

Solution Summary: What is the proposed solution? What do you see as its most promising aspects for creating shared value?

the model was use in village area stage in 2005. just in weeks all family change, make toilet by themselves, in 2009 become sub district level. now, the scale up in all Indonesian village hiwever, in sporadic. almost all developing countries are faced the same problem. we need globa l awareness base the success of this.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Specify both the social and the environmental impact of your work

the internationasl research conducted by 3 university Australia, 1 univ Japan, 3 Univ of Indonesia, showed that WC4ALL approach in village, cut the cyclic of human bowel diseases due to water source protection. Nitrit analysis indicate lowering nitrit contamination too.

Financial sustainability plan: How is this initiative financially supported? How will you ensure its financial sustainability long-term?

firstly, the budget come from individual donation. as a pilot it was enough. but now growing scale up, the corporates grants arrise. the individual donation was used to advocation. Now, advocation are directed to lical government and international foundation

Unique value proposition: What makes your initiative innovative? How does your project differ from other organizations working in the same field?

WHO set up CLTS, in many area, include Indonesia. Our approach much MORE success compared by CLTS

Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.

firstly We try to promote the government and companies to set pilot program, but they did not responsed. so, we pay by our selves money. almost 5 years until Griffith University donate research development. Now, hundreds thausands toilet were made, but the many local government still did no pay attention. we need scale up for all locals gov and international since the urge of MDGS.
