Problem: What problem is this initiative trying to address?

Good content and awareness about breastfeeding and healthy food for kids is very little in our region (The Arab region), there are a lot of misconceptions, that would affect the future of our children.

Solution Summary: What is the proposed solution? What do you see as its most promising aspects for creating shared value?

1- Our workshops: Breastfeeding workshops are specifically tailored for pregnant or new moms. Because we want to support right from the beginning and empower moms with the updated knowledge so they can make the right decisions for themselves and their children. As for healthy eating, we created workshops to educate moms on the right foods to give to their babies and children, and what NOT to offer. (like sugar, and ready meals) 2- Videos and articles: We collaborate with some of the best experts in the world to bring out updated content to parents. 3- Webinars: we are planning to start webinars of the same content so we can reach any mom in the world. 4- Q&A section: we have a section on the website where users can directly ask our experts about their children's health and breastfeeding. 5- Real moms's stories: we publish inspirational mothers' stories to give hope to other moms.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Specify both the social and the environmental impact of your work

360Moms was launched 19 months ago, Our content (videos, articles, workshops) have reached 55,000 parents in the Arab World. We have received positive feedback on how much it has helped them make better choices and decisions. We constantly get success stories from moms. (example: "Your workshop has helped me and gave me the courage to successfully breastfeed my baby although I wasn't sure I would be able to! Thank you 360Moms - Muna A."

Financial sustainability plan: How is this initiative financially supported? How will you ensure its financial sustainability long-term?

So far I have only used my savings and I borrowed from family. But I got a few offers from investors, and I'm planning to accept them. Getting grants will hugely help as well.

Unique value proposition: What makes your initiative innovative? How does your project differ from other organizations working in the same field?

We are filling a big gap: Lack of good Arabic content around health and breastfeeding.

Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.

It started with my own experience, I had a challenge with my own child, and I couldn't find an online platform to help answer my questions, I also couldn't find Arabic health and parenting content that I could trust, I decided then I would start what all moms need in our region: a place where we can find updated high quality content around health and parenting, in addition to moms sharing their inspiring stories to help other moms.
