Yet to commence in the Afram Plains.
A rural penucilar somewhere in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Problem: What problem is this initiative trying to address?

Unemployment and illiteracy .Limited or no jobs in the rural viccinities. Lack of educational materials and infrastructures such as school building. Somewhere in Ghana, in the Eastern region. Life there sounds selective. Being there feels like you were created inferior. Students walk bear footed to school. Some you will not even notice they are students due to the lack of educational materials. Parents find it difficult to cater for children due

Solution Summary: What is the proposed solution? What do you see as its most promising aspects for creating shared value?

To get such persons educational materials. Elimination of one way job in the rural area. Creating jobs, raising funds to sponsor or give scholarships to intelligent students, a way to motivate other students to work hard and to make their parents strive for greatness since they'll feel hope in such initiative. Organising quizes, have a week camping there for them to feel loved. Like in Afram plains, there are no vehicles to take children to school thus those who go to school at a long distance, they walk to school bare footed, torn uniforms and with no bags or books. The sensitive job there is farming which makes it difficult for children to figure out their capabilities and accept themselves. Solution to this.....

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Specify both the social and the environmental impact of your work

Yet to commence, still raising funds for it.

Financial sustainability plan: How is this initiative financially supported? How will you ensure its financial sustainability long-term?

Individual Donations or gifts, grants, corporate contributions, other legimate means of fund raising...

Unique value proposition: What makes your initiative innovative? How does your project differ from other organizations working in the same field?

The target area differentiates my initiative. Since we are focusing on it effectiveness....

Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.

The story of Janet Mock- TV host and transgender rights activist. She said "For so long, I thought the only way to tell stories was to do from a slant of 'I'm not putting myself in this story '.She felt unchallenged even though she was working with people. com
Until she was moved by the 'AHA MOMENT'which came like that of Toni Morrison 's quote.
'if there's a book you really want to read but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it'
This quote of Tony Morrison moved me to making me also to view the 'aha moment 'from that angle.
The quote keeps motivating me and bringing in mind new ideas contributing to success.
