Problem: What problem is this initiative trying to address?

Question of whether to retain existing customer or to acquire new customer has stumped businesses for ages The answer doesn’t lie in focusing on one thing in-order to sustain grown in this exceedingly competitive modern world, but in creating a bridge between both customer retention as well as customer acquisition for small and local business. Organisations tend to spend millions to obtain new customers and often tend to overlook the cheaper to maintain and a better source of income The Loyal’s and that's our magic.

Solution Summary: What is the proposed solution? What do you see as its most promising aspects for creating shared value?

We care about our customers. We understand them. We learn about their likes, dislikes, interests, and upon these insights, we give them what they actually need.
In addition to a basic et of benefits, customers are sent highly customized deals and offers, which are fully based on their interests and needs.
We work on a simple principal. Lets not make our customers to the hard work. With todays market scenario, wherein there are endless coupon companies mushrooming the country, consumers are practically confused, which one to opt for. They need to scroll through the websites, and look for deals that suit them. This firstly takes up a lot of their valuable time, secondly, in this process they tend to loose out many offers which were ideal for them.
Hence we work on the principle of bring deals to customers. Not making them look for the deals!
Exclusive opens a vast new world of customers from different parts of the country for the businesses and brings them to their doorsteps.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Specify both the social and the environmental impact of your work

We help local brands building valuable products communicate and sell their product on a bigger scale by taking care about their communication and marketing in building value around the importance of consuming (BIO, Local and supporting other social business to suitain them and help them staying suistnable throught the Multi-brand loyalty program we have built.

Financial sustainability plan: How is this initiative financially supported? How will you ensure its financial sustainability long-term?

•Create a Single Multi brand Card to provide discounts across different Industries.
•Bridge a connection between vendors and consumers with mutual benefits. (We get paid from the costumers for giving them immediate benefits on local brands selling authentic, Bio and social products.)
•For brands, we work under a principle-“Discounts for a limited period of time, and Customers for a Life Time”.
•Track user transactions to make vendors understand the consumer better.
•Create a Loyalty program which compliments any brands marketing aims.
•Invitation Based Enrollment for customers to maintain exclusivity.
•Once Enrolled, A Credit Card Sized Card will be provided to the Customers.
This Card will be used to avail discounts buy showing it to the Vendor at time of purchase.

Unique value proposition: What makes your initiative innovative? How does your project differ from other organizations working in the same field?

What really sets us apart from other loyalty companies is that we would go the extra mile just to better serve our customers. 1.Pan Tunisia Presence-While most other programs cater to a limited area, we welcome members from all across the country.
2.Multiple Industry-We wont focus on just F&B or Retail or any specific industry. We cater to all. This is a vital part of our business model. We want to get multiple brands of multiple industries under one umbrella. 3- Valuing local brands.

Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.

Getting invited by Mr Barack Obama to the global entrepreneruship summit in the Sillicon valey and pitching our project in stanford university in front of the biggest investors in the world (500 startups, Mr Elon musk, Marck zuckerbuger) That was the AHA moment of our start-up. The moment we moved from a local communication to a new dimension of reflection.

This is a good idea, but needs to more clearly highlight how the program's pilot and work so far has succeeded with data on increased sales, customer conversion rate etc, as well as more information on how the initiative creates a measurable, quantifiable environmental or social impact
