Problem: What problem is this initiative trying to address?

We seek to train smallholder farmers who will produce mushroom substrate bags for us to buy. It is a method intended for outsourcing portions of our production to boost employment generation.

Solution Summary: What is the proposed solution? What do you see as its most promising aspects for creating shared value?

We seek to produce fresh and processed mushroom in high scale to meet local and export demand.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Specify both the social and the environmental impact of your work

1. Our restaurant clients are able to get guaranteed supply. 2. Our farm help reduce environmental pollution caused by the burning of sawdust. We use the sawdust to produce mushroom substrate. After the production cycle, the substrate (mainly sawdust) is used as organic manure. 3. Employment generation

Financial sustainability plan: How is this initiative financially supported? How will you ensure its financial sustainability long-term?

Financial sustainability will be assured through plough back profit, loans, grants etc.

Unique value proposition: What makes your initiative innovative? How does your project differ from other organizations working in the same field?

We seek to employ hundreds of nationwide sales agents who will deliver our mushroom to consumers.

Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.

I realized that local mushrooms farmers have been inconsistent with their supply.

You may be having a wonderful social business model which may be creating shared value for your organization and the community around you, but your responses are so brief that it becomes difficult to understand the model better, and that makes it hard for you to present your case to people who have no prior information about your venture. Please provide more elaborate answers in future.
