(@fanpatiencedab1)Problem: What problem is this initiative trying to address?
the problem of adapting populations to the effects of climate change. also to the schooling of children, especially girls. these infrastructures will reduce the proliferation of child labor and therefore encourage parents to bring their children to school and improve children's academic performanceSolution Summary: What is the proposed solution? What do you see as its most promising aspects for creating shared value?
-already in partnership with a company of the place specialized in the engineering of the water, the energy and the environment, we have already put together a type of project and submitted it to the Ministry of Women and the Ministry of the Environment-It is a community project that goes in the context of sustainable development and the protection of the environment (see list of attachments)
-water is the source of life, so to give drinking water to others is to give it life.many women suffer from pain and low back pain due to lack of water nearby. many children are out of school because of this same problem
thanks to this type of project even the most remote populations will be served thanks to this technique using solar energy
Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Specify both the social and the environmental impact of your work
-Social impact : schooling of children,Improvement of children's school performance, improvement of women's health and domestic living conditions et Fight against the proliferation of diseases related to the consumption of non-potable water-Environment impact : Adapting the population against the effects of climate change through the use of renewable energy
Financial sustainability plan: How is this initiative financially supported? How will you ensure its financial sustainability long-term?
we are looking for subsidy fundingwe will ensure its financial sustainability long-term, by training in these localities follow-up committees to collect funds for maintenance of these works which will be put in place
Unique value proposition: What makes your initiative innovative? How does your project differ from other organizations working in the same field?
it is the ecological aspect and followed by these long-term worksFounding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.
following our visit to the north of the country, we found that women are more aging than men. the schooling rate of children is very low. the dirty water points used by the populations are remote or hydraulic structures in some of these localities are difficult to handle(tiring). a woman was even beaten by her man because she was unable to fetch water after work due to fatigue even though the two came from the same field with the same fatigue. it is a situation that shocked us and we decided to launch a water supply project in these types of localities but works that respect ecological and economic standards because in ten of these localities only two are electrifiedWhere did you hear about the Nestlé Creating Shared Value Prize?
- Upon recommendation from others
