Problem: What problem is this initiative trying to address?

Most developing countries are blessed with excellent agricultural products and goods. Even if farmers can produce high quality, they do not have processing technology and sell those to other countries at a very low price at the raw material stage. Even producers with the ability to make goods don't have the knowledge to design with appealing the merit of goods using packages and webs and the skills to manage the staff to accomplish it. It is a common problem that good products can not make a route to reach customers.

Solution Summary: What is the proposed solution? What do you see as its most promising aspects for creating shared value?

Our platform business is not just on the Web. First of all, we will build a base where we can see it realistically, which will play the role of a showroom. So when we are fully aware of it, we will expand the platform even on the Web. In the future, people living there will be proud of their country and create a path to bring their products to the world. We will create an environment where you can learn money while earning money, making the necessary opportunities, routes, selling places, powerful brands, quality products that can be displayed in the world. Our values are largely three. 1) Creation of new value. We can create new value by aggregating the value that we could not achieve by ourselves. 2) Make cash points 3) Minimize the probability of failure. By becoming a single brand, even if one product no longer sells, it can continue as long as other goods are sold.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Specify both the social and the environmental impact of your work

People are proud and their thoughts on their country become stronger. In 2014 when we started our shop, many Cambodians said that Cambodian goods were bad products, they were depressed. Meanwhile, we opened a shop, no customers came at the beginning. So when we introduced the management and branding that the world's top retailers are doing, sales have increased nine times, and sales per square meter have become almost the same as the major brand "MUJI". As a test, I attempted to wholesale the item of a supplier that I could sell separately, but I could not sell it at all. In order to sell goods, I realized that it is necessary to make a brand with aggregate, not a single unit, rich assortment and attractive product composition. We also constantly undertake unit control, etc. Currently we deal with 35 farmers and producers and sell more than 1,350 items at AMAZING CAMBODIA. Due to increased sales volumes, supplier losses have been greatly reduced, contributing to the environment.

Financial sustainability plan: How is this initiative financially supported? How will you ensure its financial sustainability long-term?

The current fiscal budget is allocated as follows. 1. Individual donations or gifts: 0% 2. Grants: 0% 3. Corporate contributions: 5% 4. Earned income: 95% 5. Other: 0% In the future, I believe that it would be better to distribute the finances as below, but I would like to consult with experts. 1. Individual donations or gifts: 5% 2. Grants: 10% 3. Corporate contributions: 10% 4. Earned income: 70% 5. Other: 5% I got a change from red to black, without receiving a donation. From here 2 shops will be put out further and we will prepare to make the platform on the Web as well. Therefore, the ratio of finance is as follows. In the future, I would like to recruit donations if it is possible to recruit donations that will support this project.

Unique value proposition: What makes your initiative innovative? How does your project differ from other organizations working in the same field?

Our creativity has more than 1,300 kinds of goods as a brand representative of that country, not as a single body under that brand, but as an aggregate. And all the people involved can grow together. Also, we are also developing products using materials unique to that country. In order to sell, we visit all producers, interview the producer's vision and dreams, and disseminate a story to the world. And especially when dealing with foods or processed foods, we will check all hygiene controls.

Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.

"Amazing!" "I love you" The moment Cambodian woman hugged me. Our starting point was from a project to support women who want to be designers in developing countries. It was a big excitement at the moment when the products that they designed the package were lined up in stores. They repeatedly said that 30 times "Amazing!" On that day. And the name of our shop became "AMAZING CAMBODIA". However, there were many Cambodians who thought Cambodian products were bad products, and we enlightened that there are many good products in Cambodia by making quality brands. One day, a Cambodian customer finally saw us at the shop, after watching a great product from Cambodia, I said "Pround of Cambodia." It was the moment we waited for.
