Problem: What problem is this initiative trying to address?
There is a huge problem in the world with obesity and diabetes and especially among young children. There is a need to reduce salt, sugar and fats in food and drink, in addition to getting children from a young age used to eating food without these additives and flavour enhancers
Solution Summary: What is the proposed solution? What do you see as its most promising aspects for creating shared value?
All our products are either reduced salt and sugar and where possible not adding any at all. Portions sizes are crucial and understanding the daily allowance of protein, calcium, salt, sugar, carbohydrates, allows us to create the right healthy food products for our target audience. By adding natural flavours into food products and making them more appealing for children and familes, we aim to get children interested in cooking and eating healthy ingredients. Our Organic Mini Grissini have no added salt and a very clean label with less than 5 ingredients. We aim to develop innovative products that are made in Italy and use the best, healthiest ingredients possible and to give parents/carers 100% confidence that what we are making is totally fine for all the family.

We have recently ran a Facebook Advertisement asking for tasters and the response was very positive, with over 4,300 people asking for samples because they feel that our products offer a healthier alternative, with an appealing brand image that backs up what we are trying to do. We have had people from all over the world giving us positive comment and a number of interested parties have offered to take our products on board, either as a brand ambassador or importer.

Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that sparked the beginning of this initiative.
A UK-based food importer and first-time father has been inspired to develop his own range of organic Italian food and drink products suitable for all the family following the birth of his daughter.
Mike Williams has created Tutto Bene – a brand-new, delicious and uniquely Italian selection of snacks and simple cookery kits that children and adults can enjoy together.
Made in Italy from authentic and natural ingredients, with no added salt or sugar (as well as no additives or preservatives), the Tutto Bene range is quite literally ‘all good’.
My daughter was born in 2014, and when she started weaning, I realised that there was a gap in the market for healthy Italian snacks that were suitable for toddlers, young children and families
