1. Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that led the founder(s) to get started or the story of how you saw the potential for this to succeed

We thought about how we can create a barrier-free environment in education. And we drew attention to the problem of the hearing impaired student - he does not hear the teacher. We decided to create a platform that will allow real-time translation of teacher’s speech into text and display on the user's device. In addition, we have set up a student-teacher communication system, which is necessary if the student has speech impairment. So we adapted education for the hearing impaired. Then we added a window for broadcasting videos to the session and thus adapted the education system for people with limited mobility who were able to participate in educational process. Then we adapted the system for migrants, adding a translation of the text.

2. The problem: What problem surrounding employability or financial capability are you helping to solve?

There are many factors that limit the income level of the world's population. Lack of the language skills, disability, living in remote areas and so on. Hundreds of millions of people lose the opportunity to share their skills and earn money. Our online platform will give such an opportunity and return to the society people isolated from it. We will also give people a tool to learn new skills and change jobs to what they like.

3. Your Solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.

An online educational platform will allow to gain new knowledge and skills in real time despite the presence of disability, language or territorial barriers. This will help people to change their lifestyle. Creators of interesting content will receive a tool to monetize their knowledge and create new professional communities. Education will become accessible, gamification and a competitive aspect will help immerse users in the process of acquiring new knowledge and coordinate changes in their attitude to the education system. Education is what they give us. Knowledge is what we get ourselves.

4. How are you innovating or using unique approaches to solving the problem?

The speech recognition system we are developing adapts the educational process for hard of hearing citizens and citizens without knowledge of the language. We collect the best recognition systems in the world, and a complex mechanism determines the most suitable depending on the settings set by the user. The big data collection system and neural network algorithms are constantly improving the speech recognition system and eliminate errors in recognition. The neural network selects educational content based on the user's personal profile. Gamification allows you to unite people according to their interests and ensure the competitive nature of training.

5. Employability: how is your organization or project teaching people to develop the skills that they need to survive in the future job market?

We are creating a platform that will attract the best professionals from different industries. These professionals will create content available to an unlimited number of users. By acquiring knowledge, users will be able to find jobs that they like. On the other hand, people with unique competencies, but for one reason or another, including disability) who are unable to find work, will be able to earn by transferring their skills through our platform. Useful content will always find interested listeners. Content creators, after increasing the popularity of their sessions, will be able to make access to content paid and earn from transactions.

5a. Please describe which future-oriented skills your organization is focused on fostering and how you have measured / plan to measure progress

We see increased interest in programming, prototyping, and industrial design. The study of soft skills, new management methods will be in demand in the next decade. We will monitor the following indicators: - number of users - most popular session topics - results of online polls created by speakers - the most active users by territorial distribution - the most common language groups of users and speakers - the most common training time - the number of users who have received an online education and a list of universities that have released the largest number of specialists

6. Financial capability: how is your organization or project creating innovative solutions that arm people with ability to optimize their current and future financial health

6a. Please describe what aspect of financial capability your organization is focused on fostering and how you have measured / plan to measure progress.

We will be able to determine with 100% accuracy the amount of income received by the content creator, per week, month or year. We will have access to information about the volume of transactions carried out by users for accessing the speaker’s content. Things are more complicated with determining the success of a person after release from online programs. We are working on synchronization with job search sites. Employers will be able to hire users of our platform, having previously received their resume, including their skills, courses at which they have studied and diplomas received online.

7. Marketplace: Who else is addressing the same problem? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

There are many sites that provide access to educational content. These are mainly sites with recorded videos. We offer online classes with interactive communication between the speaker and users. Our platform is adapted for 300 million hearing impaired users and many millions of people without language skills. We are not limited to certain courses. We are a knowledge sharing tool. And making money.

8. Impact: How has your project made a difference so far?

We are under development. The launch is scheduled for September in the US, EU and Russia. We have gathered an audience of 100,000 users for beta testing the platform.
