1. Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that led the founder(s) to get started or the story of how you saw the potential for this to succeed

when i completed my graduation from mechanical stream , i was pushed for govt. job . i realized that , i am wasting my time , i decide to contribute my skill for my people , i start teaching in slum area. i had batch of 10 student i teach them for 6 month but one day they left and move to another state for work but i was happy that those kids were enrolled in school for education . after i started working in my local area , most backward area of my city . i focus on proper schooling of kids .and i started evening classes for student as i had no source of income so student decide that they will give me one rupee per day , as building was also on rent , slowly we had lots of volunteers and public attention . now we have a small lab also

2. The problem: What problem surrounding employability or financial capability are you helping to solve?

we are working on sector of education and skill for student , the main problem i found that every school is pushing their student in rat race but we choose student from most poor background . we focus on their skills. students who were hopeless few years ago now they have dream and potential to become scientist and world leader. now they enjoy with tools which we make them available in our small labs. even student came to even during holiday

3. Your Solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.

we had made a proper road map that we will work on skill of these student ,we will provide them exposure not only books but also to education tools . we make their involvement in solving community problem like waste management etc. Our project of vegetable waste is still going on . student working in direction to set up a plant for vegetable waste in our area for 500 houses . for this we made visit of student in agriculture university where these student got more wide view of thinking . once we had step up this plant we will have near about 100 kg veg. waste every day and we will make organic compost from this waste will promote organic farming with help of agriculture university and we could have a small revenue also . we are creating best human resource in our locality. mr. george meegan (guiness book of world record holder from london) specially came to india to work with us . he find our project very innovative and he is also conducting seminar in london for our organization. in locality we also invite local women ,so they can learn computer and basic education during their free time .

4. How are you innovating or using unique approaches to solving the problem?

in starting people called me fool they think that these poor student can never go ahead . in starting of 2019 a paralyzed student name prashant came to me his mother and father work as labour , in starting he was not much interested in study nor he had vision , i constantly work on his basic and provide him practical exposure as possible as i can . today he is topper of class and he got first price in science exhibition now he want to be scientist . priti in 9th grade her mother work as labour . her school teacher always condemn her , but after completing one year with us , she transformed in to a great student recently she got first position in science , some of student who were drug addicted now they performing best in their class.

(Instructions for questions 5 and 6, no answer required) Please only answer the question (5 - “employability” or 6 - “financial capability”) that applies to your organization’s topic of work (see below for definitions)

5

5. Employability: how is your organization or project teaching people to develop the skills that they need to survive in the future job market?

our organization is working on relevant skill field and providing tool to student ,so they could lead next generation can use natural resources in right direction.

5a. Please describe which future-oriented skills your organization is focused on fostering and how you have measured / plan to measure progress

we working in direction to set a campus where we want to provide education in meaningful way. where student can explore their skills. we want to work with community so we can give best solution of local problem. we are constantly working to set up connection with some institution which can provide us basic tool for education and lab set up . A big challenge we had in future is health . we had started working with student to make them best doctors , nursing academy now ready to provide evening class to student who wanna be doctor in future and they also provide free access to their bio labs

7. Marketplace: Who else is addressing the same problem? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

in our city there are near about more then 50 ngo working in this direction but nobody is working with a vision , they are working part time for their ngo . cutting cake and giving food for a day to poor kids is not a part of change , for this we need to put sleepless efforts on ground level understanding the potential for change . we work with a proper road map for student . we also provide people three option that how they can help us. 1.one rupee per day, 2. one note book per month(writing name on pages so no body can sell further), 3. one idea we ask people to choose any one .

8. Impact: How has your project made a difference so far?

if look on the ground level outcomes are very positive as we have space for only 120 kids , our space is housefull more then 200 student are still in waiting list . student are now studying not only for marks but to enhance their skill, they talks about change and govt. school teacher who were not interested in future of these poor kids are now start working , people came to our campus and talk to student , we also invite people from different skill field to share there experience with student ,so students could have more exposure. this is answer to our education system and to the people who just want to make book warm to their kids . we believe that education is only tool to create best human resource on earth. generally people used to cut cakes and offer pizza and burger to poor kids but we put our sincere effort we ask people to donate some tools for education for kids

9. Financial Sustainability Plan. Can you tell us about you plan to fund your project and how that plan will be sustainable in the short, medium, and long term?

in starting we face problem of fund , we manage this task successfully , we ask people to join our mission of change , we put put our effort on ground level to bring change , and people see result , we put some criteria to help our vision for education . following are the way people help us 1 one rupee per day (30rs per month i.e. half dollar) 2. one notebook per month 3. one idea per month (we will implement on ground level ) 4. local can donate their vegetables waste 5. you can donate your skill too (video lectures etc.) like this we develop group of 500 people and connectivity with 10, 000 people(social med. etc) , now our mission become platform for kids .

10. Team

as we working and we are growing team size is also getting bigger, in 2018 i work alone but now we have team 10 people some them work part time . i (anil kumar) work full time .12 to 15 hour a day for organization. as we will have more fund we will expand our team size . i am mechanical engineering graduate , and recently enrolled in masters of social work by distance education . ravi taak another member also qualified same as i am .
