1. Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that led the founder(s) to get started or the story of how you saw the potential for this to succeed

Happy Farmer Life Social Business Co., Ltd. (HFLSB) uses the concept of "sharing economy" to integrate, activate and reuse idle resources such as space, manpower, and material to create a new model of agricultural social enterprise innovative service! The founder of HFLSB : Daniel Lin has been engaged in real estate work for more than 30 years. He started to the promotion of organic agriculture in Taiwan ten years ago. He deeply realized the imbalance in agricultural production and sales in Taiwan. Through the establishment of top-floor farms and food education and promotion, he can directly assist small farmers to enter the market. Reach the green sales target of local production for Taiwan's organic agriculture segments

2. The problem: What problem surrounding employability or financial capability are you helping to solve?

Because the construction of the top floor farm requires a large amount of pre-operation funds and reserves, including manpower training costs and agricultural materials and equipment purchase costs, the original funds are limited to delay the business promotion schedule, so short-term capital injections are necessary. Because a large number of middle-aged and elderly retired manpower is used, it takes a long time to train

3. Your Solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.

After improving the partner's experience value and professionalism through professional training, and then putting it into work to increase production capacity and output value, the company's overall finance will be improved. This part can be observed through turnover statements and financial reports. Taiwan's organic agriculture has always been unable to solve the problem of imbalances in production and sales due to land subdivision and lack of economic scale. In addition to the three types of activation directions, Le Nong proposed that in addition to solving the problem of industrial imbalances, there is a great deal of activation of idle manpower and pursuit of environmental sustainability contribution!

4. How are you innovating or using unique approaches to solving the problem?

In the three years since the establishment of the company, in addition to completing more than 30 successful cases including buildings, schools, and commercial spaces, the management team has also established four rural city demonstration bases (Taipei City) and opened up the Philippines, Japan and other overseas markets!

5. Employability: how is your organization or project teaching people to develop the skills that they need to survive in the future job market?

The existing funds are invested in basic construction and manpower training. The short-term goals have been completed (such as implementation effectiveness). The medium and long-term goals will focus on advanced training of professional talents to create multiplied output values, and actively develop markets and farms at home and abroad, with stable stages. Sexual capital injection is necessary! 8. Manpower planning for completing this project (what is the proportion of full-time and part-time?) Because the middle-aged and elderly working population expect flexible working hours to facilitate their complete retirement planning, this plan requires about 5-6 full-time personnel, and 40 part-time and project personnel

7. Marketplace: Who else is addressing the same problem? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

A.1. In terms of training plan: Plan engineering classes, business classes, and lecturer classes to train engineers, business representatives, and food lecturers to participate in the company's operations according to the partner's expertise. This part can be carried out through questionnaires and interviews. Measurement to measure improvement. A2. Financial improvement: After improving the partner's experience value and professionalism through professional training, and then putting it into work to increase production capacity and output value, the company's overall finance will be improved.

8. Impact: How has your project made a difference so far?

Already started to the promotion of organic agriculture in Taiwan ten years ago. He deeply realized the imbalance in agricultural production and sales in Taiwan. Through the establishment of top-floor farms and food education and promotion, he can directly assist small farmers to enter the market. Reach the green sales target of local production and local sales!

9. Financial Sustainability Plan. Can you tell us about you plan to fund your project and how that plan will be sustainable in the short, medium, and long term?

The existing funds are invested in basic construction and manpower training. The short-term goals have been completed (such as implementation effectiveness). The medium and long-term goals will focus on advanced training of professional talents to create multiplied output values, and actively develop markets and farms at home and abroad, with stable stages. Sexual capital injection is necessary!

10. Team

Because the middle-aged and elderly working population expect flexible working hours to facilitate their complete retirement planning, this plan requires about 5-6 full-time personnel, and 40 part-time and project personnel
