1. Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that led the founder(s) to get started or the story of how you saw the potential for this to succeed

The founder of Mian environment organization declared that the cashew sector will create 50,000 jobs in Chad by 2021 thanks to the 3,000,000 plants that will be planted and then maintained. According to Mian-Hingam Sauria, cashew is used in the manufacture of aircraft tires, brake fluids, organic pesticides, cosmetics and in the food industry. This why, he considers the cashew sectors as green oil in order to become the lever of the Chadian economy by promoting the products of the cashew tree efor local consumption and export.

2. The problem: What problem surrounding employability or financial capability are you helping to solve?

Employability and financial capability both go in pairs, the government of Chad faced a serious problem of youngs employment. Chadian’s adults people are poors meaning lack of financial capability. The problem is still around because there is lack of motivation, commitment, creativity and initiative, most people lie on the government public service, they are not eager to create their own business.

3. Your Solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.

These two problems need to be solve. Our organization will help to solve this problem by: -Producing 12,000 plants including 5,000 cashew trees and 7,000 other plants. -Employing 1000 young people to reduce the number of unemployed young people. -Creating of micro-businesses for the local population by promoting the initiative of local groups. -Helping vulnerable women, students and poor people by giving them credits (products) to start their micro-businesses. -Satisfying food self-sufficiency. -Creating a clean and healthy environment for the local community -Investing in the creation of school premises with project revenues. -Engaging in the development and implementation of poverty reduction strategies. -Using the land with improved local seeds such as: peanuts, millets, cotton and others and varying the areas exploited annually to set aside and maintaining the fertility of the land. -Encouraging the Chadian state to set up a fruit juice production plant.

4. How are you innovating or using unique approaches to solving the problem?

We are innovating by scaling the Project and by varying the strategies and opening a big business center around the World.

5. Employability: how is your organization or project teaching people to develop the skills that they need to survive in the future job market?

Our Project developed the skill of 10 young people by planting , irrigating of plants and its daily labor activities.

6. Financial capability: how is your organization or project creating innovative solutions that arm people with ability to optimize their current and future financial health

Actually, the organization is about to grow at its scaling phase, therefore; only 25 women are now beneficiaries of the organization products for thier financial health. We plan to expand this chance for any needy person in the nearest future .

7. Marketplace: Who else is addressing the same problem? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

Mian environment organization is addressing the same problem but our proposed Project differ from some aspects such as cultivating peanuts, millets, cotton, pataoes, tomatoes for hunger mitigation.

Our Project made a difference by involving more women and vulnerable people and plan to enhance its market all over the world.
