DISCAR is an Organization that since 1991 works for the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities, in all areas of society. From its beginnings with the Art Workshops - which continue today - plus those that we have been adding, comprehensive training and the EcA Program - Employment with Support - we get the people we work for, develop all their capabilities. Companies are our great allies offering jobs joining the EcA. It is our intention that the whole society sees in the persons with disabilities one more citizen, with the ability to access all their rights.

2. The problem: What problem surrounding employability or financial capability are you helping to solve?

There is no official training in this area in universities or tertiary. It is very important to train for a successful inclusion. Only in this way will we achieve a real impact that improves the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families, achieving a more just society
