1. Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that led the founder(s) to get started or the story of how you saw the potential for this to succeed

We cannot accept that youth are disconnected with their passions and dreams and that education is a non positive process just to get a degree. WE BELIEVE YOUTH & EDUCATION SHOLD BE THE LIGHT OF THE SOCIETY, And it was possible to hack the existing education system to create a formal university degree that will enable YOUTH TO FLOURISH, CONNECTING WITH THEIR ELEMENT, PASSIONS & DREAMS BECOMING TEAM-ENTREPERENEURS. WE BELIEVE IN ORDINARY PEOPLE DOING EXTRAORDINARY THINGS IN TEAMS.

2. The problem: What problem surrounding employability or financial capability are you helping to solve?

“Current educational system does not prepare our youth for the real world, neither does it allow for them to pursue their dreams & unfold their element (*) to full potential” People are educated as followers: unable to create and pursue their passions in their lives. J.M. Luzarraga Current university education results in a “lost generation”. (See McKinsey report on Higher education in Europe) .

3. Your Solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.

MTA proposed a re-evolution in education through TEAM-ENTREPRENEURSHIP & TEAM LEARNING B CREATING. Where through a new and official education programs, youngsters transform on teampreneurs i order to create team companies to transform the world while getting their university degrees. To date the impact, MTA world has transformed deeply 1.474 teampreneurs being 1.012 youngsters joining LEINN, 274 MINN Executive Intrapreneurs, and 188 MTA Team coaches in MTA Labs. Additionally +25.000 people have experiment MTA model during the several projects and workshops conducted by MTA teampreneurs during the last 10 years. LEINN European official university bachelor program for youngsters started in 2009 in MTA Irun with 27 LEINNers and this year in September 2019, 350 new students started in 9 MTA labs. The result is that 56% of LEINN alumni continue on entrepreneurial activities after two years of graduation (compared to 1–2% of students from regular university degrees), 41% are working on intrapreneurial or innovation related projects within existing organizations and 97% are employed (at a time when in Spain the youth unemployment rate in 2018 is around 38%).

4. How are you innovating or using unique approaches to solving the problem?

We create a model to transform the system from within. In 2009 we created LEINN, the first oficial European bachelor degree on Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Since then this model has been implemented in 9 different cities in 3 continents (Europe, Asia, America) and we are starting in Africa (Kenya) where +2.000 youngsters are enrolled and transformed as team-entrepreneurs. We are running 13 MTA labs and towards 2030 the aim is 1) to run 20 MTA labs reaching 5.000 Youth enrolled in LEINN programs an 2) to create OPEN LEINN enabling ny city and education centre open access to MTA-LEINN model reaching +20.000 youngsters 3) To support the existing MTA team-startups to grow 500 companies creating 30.000 worksforce (jobs)

5. Employability: how is your organization or project teaching people to develop the skills that they need to survive in the future job market?

All MTA educational model is based on "skills and competences" of the future. Based on a personal transformation becoming team-entrepreneurs and using "team leaning by creating" methodology, youngsters crate real team companies. While doing it, a set of 21 learning & development process, our MTA FALKON MODEL takes place. We ave 3 main leanring modules: 1- CULTIVATING CHANGE MAKER TEAMPRENEURS: with 7 processes: Empathy & Diversity, Team Learning, Creativity & Innovation, Making Change making real experimenys, Wellbeing & personal cultivation, Self learning, Team leadership 2- EQUIPING TECHNICAL SKILLS: Legal & Finantial performance, Digital Environments & exponential technologies, Global citinzenship & learning journeys, Liberal arts spectrum 3- STARTUP DEVELOPMENT: Startup creation and development, From Customers to partners, Investors relationship, Creativiy & Innovation,...

6. Financial capability: how is your organization or project creating innovative solutions that arm people with ability to optimize their current and future financial health

MTA whole educational model, the so called MTA FALKON MODEL is based on 3 main modules & 21 processes and a "balanaced score card" system where "learning" & "Economic performance" takes place with a broad set of tools and KPIs are achieved. Young teampreneurs LEINNers reate since the very first day, real team companies. In the beginning are simple projects and lots of failing but by the time they graduated they achieved outsanding performances in their results. Team companies sales of +200.000 euros per team company of 12 youngsters (17-21 years old). hey also access to start-ups aceleration/incubation challenges & get invested by local, international and social funds.

6a. Please describe what aspect of financial capability your organization is focused on fostering and how you have measured / plan to measure progress.

Within the "finantial capbilities" skills in MTA-LEINN we measure: - Sales capacities: every team-entrepreneurs reaches +10.000 euros real sales milestone and collectively every team company +200.000 euros sales during the 4 years of the LEINN degree - Profit generation:

7. Marketplace: Who else is addressing the same problem? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

- Conventional university degrees on business (usually business administration) are normally focused on training youngsters to become real entrepreneurs, gradually these degrees are evolving and incorporating some specialization on entrepeneurship. See BA & MBA programs on referent Univ as: Stanford, Babson College, NEW SCHOOL or MIT - There are multiple non oficial programs on entrepreneurship and innovation as well as multiple acceleration/incubation programs. examples: SHIP2B, Bridge For Billions,... - Future skills training programs & formats: such as IRONHACK, Master Class, IBM, TED,..
