What is your current yearly budget for the initiative? If you are an idea stage, what early budget you would need to kick-off and run operations in your first year?
youth-led initiative: organisations, whether informal or formal, created and led primary by young people
1. Founding story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that led the founder(s) to get started or the story of how you saw the potential for this project to succeed.
About 2 years ago, I saw a man on the social media called Metin Başpınar. he owned stray animals and constantly created various food points for them, this man was over 70 years old. I met and learned how to take care of orphaned animals. I was very impressed with the text. I set up a team for myself in the city and in the city, and when we found financial means, we used to feed orphaned animals and gave them food. If I had a regular job, I would do my best to save all humanity and lonely animals.
2. The problem: What problem are you helping to solve?
starvation and lovelessness in pets, irresponsibility, insensitivity, psychological problems ; The problem persists due to the large number of lonely pets in the Eurasian region. population should be reduced and animals should be neutered and appropriated. heavy animal laws should be enforced
lack of individual (child, spouse etc.) to whom he can give love in humans : not using excessive methods of treatment of pets
3. Your solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.
pilot practice; I used my facebook account, which has 5000 friends, to prepare and share emotional and mental images in order to put conscientious responsibility on the society.
My goal is to reach benevolent people, people with emotional, mental and psychological disorders. I became a member of a large non-governmental organization. I bought a minivan vehicle. I put posters on the vehicle supported by religious words that will make people conscious. Now everyone who sees is approaching and reading, feeling conscientious.
main idea: picking up food waste and stale bread once in 2 days from vehicle and food factories, big restaurants, hospitals, student dormitories, factories, hotels, government offices; to people who have problems with life
auxiliary idea: once a day to areas with stray animals, psychologically and emotionally disturbed people; To leave 1 bag of waste food. and making these people love some pets over time and neutered by the municipality. In return for these uncomfortable people, it is to give 1 bag of waste food for their own animals every day.
On the street, pets will decrease and end.
4. Innovation: How are you innovating or using unique approaches to solve the problem?
social media and associations. I did research for 3 days. But since I have no financial means and have been unemployed for years, I thought of a limited budget application. How can humans and animals benefit each other? What are the animal problems in the Eurasian region? What is the emotional benefit of pets to humans?
problems of animals: it was often starvation and lovelessness.
the problems of people: the feeling of loneliness and lack of individual (child, spouse etc.)
franchising many restaurants to eat stale bread waste ashoka If it helps if data is well-known organizations, such as food waste franchising the main centers of the contract can be applied all over the turkey and the world.
5. How does your project harness the pet-human bond to help people develop important social competencies (For example: emotional intelligence, collaboration, empathy, resilience, inclusivity) and overcome serious societal issues (for example: violence, abuse, trauma, isolation, abandonment)?
violence, abuse, trauma, lack of love, abandonment, religious duty and
overcoming problems such as irresponsibility, lack of task awareness, hunger
6. Impact: how has your project made a difference so far in terms of both business outputs and social impact? How do you plan on measuring progress?
Approximately 5000 friends added on social media, I made my voice heard from social media. then I enrolled in a big association. Within 5 days. People who wanted to help and who wanted help began to reach. I applied a brochure to the mini car I bought. to influence people as conscience and religion. I made them to be sensitive by working subconsciously.I called out to thousands of people on social media. I had a brief and self-meeting with the youth. When young people feed animals, they move away from adolescent effects and bad habits. I contacted 5 big restaurants, franchising companies asked me to meet with the main center, I am waiting for the mail right now. they approved the document of conscientious responsibility.I WOULD LIKE TO LIVE SOURCE OF ANIMAL ANIMALS IN THE AREA. this meal met the 2-day need for 40 dogs and 10 cats.
7. Growth strategies: what are your main strategies for scaling your impact?
briefing in non-governmental organizations, political parties in organized industry businessmen association. I would like to make small monthly requests for help ... to make my voice heard in the journalists association, to reach organizations such as ashoka, WSPA / WAP, ANIMAL LİBERATİON FRONT, PETA, IFAW and to transform the pilot application into an international dimension. If these organizations make agreements with the franchising food industry, factories, many waste meals and breads save lives of lonely animals and ownership families emerge.I contacted 2 deputies . for pet rights...
8. Creating shared value: How does your initiative create value for different stakeholders?
My goal is to reach benevolent people, people with emotional, mental and psychological discomfort and create social value. To get a minibus vehicle for associations. Contracts signed by companies and national associations to provide food for sustainable assistance. To prepare posters in all religions to raise awareness. to feel conscientious responsibility. food and bread are sacred. to feed the hungry animals, do not throw them in the trash.
9. Financial sustainability plan: can you tell us about your plan to fund your project and how that plan will be sustainable in the short, medium, and long term?
There are charitable businessmen and people associations in many cities of the world. Need to cut the cost of associations. If a meeting is held in state-owned institutions or members' workplaces instead of offices, there will be no rent, energy, service expenses. Small minivan vehicles are bought with a small budget. or cars are bought with the budget sent to the municipality for animals. By collecting 1 hour a day, waste food accumulated with the seizure system is delivered to the bread, and the animal is delivered to the problematic people. There will be small fuel costs per month. If cooperation with municipalities is done, the work will be easier. If the animals gather in the food area, the work will be easier
10. Team: what is the current composition of your team (types of roles, qualifications, full-time vs. part-time, board members, etc.), and how do you plan to evolve the team’s composition as the project grows?
my team is a team that thinks about the problems of people who think of animal welfare regardless of their interests. informal board members of the team, Metin Başpınar, Abdulkadir Ay, Kadir Celebi, Ramiz zengin. Consists of young and old people for all ages
11. How do you plan to influence your field of work if you are a winner of this edition of the Purina BetterwithPets Prize?
If I win, I would consider partnering with a large food factory. I would like to build shelters on the municipal lands with the monthly income obtained. nationally organizes meetings. I start a food and bread donation campaign.
12. How did you hear about this challenge?
