Our gamified app allows citizens to easily interact with local governments and urban asset managers.

We launched our Cityflag product in the City of San Antonio (Texas) in September 2018. Since our launch we've gained over 16,000 users, and they've generated over 22,000 requests, including potholes and broken street-lights. The City of San Antonio has addressed 86% of their requests, leading to savings in time and money, while building equity across the city! Connecting the disenfranchised community of San Antonio, that without a tool or process, would not have contacted their local government.
Our platform is social and gamified, users can rank up on the leadership board and win medals, vote on other user's requests, explore a live map with urban data, and make a flag-request in less than 45 seconds! We are currently working with 5 cities, and have 17 cities in our pipeline for 2019.

What is the Name of Your Organization?
What is The Mission of Your Organization?
50% of the world’s population lives in urban areas, but that will grow to 70% by year 2050, according to the UN. Urban infrastructure issues will never end. Today, governments do not have reliable communication channels, and residents face challenges with communicating urgent problems to stakeholders. Cityflag connects local governments with residents through the first social platform for city services. We’ve put to work an approximate of $9M in taxpayer dollars in city infrastructure repairs.
