What is The Mission of Your Organization?
Brewer's Spent Grain is the main byproduct of the brewing process and is rich in fiber and protein. Every year 42 million tons of this leftover barley is being discarded worldwide. We're upcycling the grain into nutritious ingredients. We aim to offer a path for our partners to become zero waste businesses as well as reducing their operational costs and contributing to more circular production models. Our technology is accessible, efficient and can be easily adapted for other waste streams.
