A Campaign is typically centered around a person, who promise the people who vote for them great things, well at Charity Run, LOVE is the candidate, and for the LOVE of Humanity we are running a continuous campaign to give everyone from the homeless to inner city youth and single mothers, a new lease on life.

Start-Up (first few activities have happened)
1. Personal Journey: What’s the story behind why you decided to start this project? NOTE: All applications must include a 1 minute video that answers: “I am stepping up to make change because..."
I am stepping up to make a change because I know what its like to be single mother first hand. I know what its like not having someone on your side in the battle of everyday life, trying to juggle several responsibilities at once and take care of a child! I know its like not being able to afford what you need and have no other way of getting it, than doing something you thought you would never do to get it. I want to help other young single mothers like me believe in the Love like I do, and invite them to join me, and others like them, to get a new lease on life!
2. The Problem: What problem are you helping to solve?
The problem that single mothers face is that they do not have a helpmate to provide for the needs of the household and raise their children properly. A recent study posted in TWT states that married couples with children have an average yearly income of 80k which is compared to only 24k for single mothers. So, on top of the lack of financial ability, single moms have to carry the same load of responsibilities as married moms, who have helpmates.
3. Your Solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.
Our solution is to be the helpmate that single mothers need us to be by helping to carry the load of responsibilities that must undertake everyday. Through the Charity Run Campaign, Project Hand Up, we will provide a private, exclusive, and cost-effective transportation and child-care system that enables the young mother to invest her time and energy in the pursuit of SOMETHING GREATER than just a job to pay the bills. This system, which we call and "AQUARIOUM" to take care of "FISH", which in this case is the single mother, is not only designed to provide transportation and childcare services, but it is designed to support the single mother mentally, physically, emotionally, and even financially. All of the "FISH" in our "AQUARIUM" will have support consoler's and coordinators to help the young mothers come up with a 10 year, 10 month, and 10 day plan built for them to become productive members of society. A full time Project Hand Up staff will deployed to see that that every single mother and child we get the privilege of helping receives expert care and attention. In closing, it is our purpose of heart to be there for the single mother as if she were our significant other.
4. Example: Please walk us through a specific example of what happens when a person or group gets involved with your project.
We will be collecting single mothers, or "FISH" in groups of approximately 5000. In tandem with a grassroots-guerilla marketing we will be enrolling our young mother "FISH" for only 10 per mo. dollars and their express permission to link their debit card to our *Charity Run Trust Fund, which will be set up to receive the change from every purchase they make, of which funds will be used expressly for the growth, develop, and support of the young mothers and their children. It is not our plan to reinvent the wheel of the current system, but quite the opposite it is our purpose and mission to work with other existing organizations to help our young mothers and children become who they were meant to be.
5. The X Factor: What is different about your project compared to other programs or solutions already out there?
What makes Project New Heart different from other programs that help single mothers, is that our goal, along with all of our other projects, is to see the young mother become the woman that she always wanted to be: a whether that is a nurse, a doctor, a lawyer, a politician, or even an entrepreneur! All the help that we provide will comes from the motive of seeing them walk in the steps that they must in order for them to see their dreams come true. Our transportation and childcare system is specifically purposed to set the mothers free to explore her options for establishing a better future.
6. Impact: How has your project made a difference so far?
Way past the idea stage, & not to far from our launch we are preparing for our viral kick start campaign called the #PillowFightChallenge. The #PFC is our signature initiative to inspire random acts of kindness around world; and to the christian the moment, we are giving one single mother who we a new, furnished apartment so that she can be reunited with her child. While she and her stranded boyfriend and father to the child, will be under the impression that we are only giving them a new lease on life for a day: we will be actually giving them a new lease for a 6 months to include the help for everything they need to get back on their feet and become productive members of society, including everything they need to become productive members of society. It is our intention that from this effort we capture the attention of people around who believe in LOVE like we do and join the campaign.
7. What’s Next: What are your ideas for taking your project to the next level?
It was in the middle of planning & strategizing our launch (with crippled funds & an iron-will) that we heard of THIS CHALLENGE. After reading about it & watching the video invitation from John, it was in the middle of completing this outline that it dawned on us that it would be a much more grand occasion if we were able to collaborate with T-Moble to launch the Charity Run #PillowFightChallenge worldwide, inspiring people from all across the world to participate by committing their own random act of kindness & Join the Campaign, for the Love of Humanity. Once we have raised enough money to properly present ourselves, promote to, & register our young mothers, we will establish our 1st "AQUARIUM" which is purposed to help 5000 of them.
8. Future Support: What are the resources needed to make your vision a reality?
In order to make our vision a reality we need the standard setup for a political party who is going grassroots. We need an office, some computers, an awesome website, a project landing page, a wrapped vehicle, campaign signs, a mobile phone app (to register new members), campaign brochures, handbills, t-shirts, and a small promotional budget to recruit some brand ambassadors and volunteers so that we can coordinate a unique, engaging, and effective promotional campaign. To this date we have managed to secure an office, some computers, t-shirts, and have been making payments on the development of our own mobile phone app. In order to maintain our current assets and acquire the ones we need prior to launch, we need about $34,000.

10. Ripple Effect: Please share some ideas of how you could partner with other changemakers or involve other young people as leaders in making a difference.
Project New Heart is an initiative that I developed with the help of my advisor, Steven Hid, who initially approached me about the Charity Run Campaign. It was upon discovering my circumstances as a single mother with (3) jobs that Steven helped me personally by hiring me as his secretary, which I didn't believe until he went to T-Mobile and bought me a new cell phone! Working with Steven, I was able to come up with Project Hand Up which for every person who we get to join the Charity Run Campaign through our project landing page, 50% of the money we raise goes towards Project New Heart, and 50% goes toward the development of other projects, to help other "FISH", like the poor youth, the homeless, and even small businesses in the name of love! By working to raise funds for my project under the Charity Run Campaign banner, I am helping to raise funds for projects led by other young people who have their own cause, as long as its for the Love of Humanity. In closing, it is my plan to work with a group of single mothers to lead a revelution across America to help our fellow sisters, and even single dads get a new lease on life through our custom support system with Project Hand Up.
