Project Stage: Select the description below that best applies to your approach.

  • Idea (hoping to get started in the future)

1. The Problem: What problem are you helping to solve?

Diversity. We live in a world full of creative & unique young people. This creativity & uniqueness leads to innovation. Every change starts with awareness. Every idea needs a foundation. Every idea comes with opinions & other thoughts which leads to new ideas. Many people in this world face loneliness, anxiety, misunderstandings, etc. We are really diverse & different from each other which lead to racism, sexism, hate/judge why not be united & 1.

2. Your Solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.

Communication and Trust. When people realize that other people from anywhere in the world could agree with something that they believe in would bring up sooo much positivity to them knowing that someone else understands them. Letting everyone in this app understand that they are accepted and understood.

3. Personal Journey: What’s the story behind why you decided to start this project?

So a few months ago i created this Instagram account to support another young male persuading his dream after getting into a deadly car crash . Making this account account connect me to people all over the world starting with Australia to England to people in California. I realize that my closet at people are the people from England , when I speak to them I feel like they understand me way more then anyone I’ve ever met. And I understand them. Talking to them on a daily basis, learning there vocabulary, I’ve caught on some of their slang and brought it to America. For example, did you know Chips in England are fries. The difference is major but interesting and you learn the variety of this earth. It’s truly a blessing.

5. Example: Please walk us through a specific example of what happens when a person or group gets involved with your project.

For a hypothetical example, like any network you will have to sign up for it and make a whole account, there will be many different categories from color to LGBTQ to culture to hobbies and then a open discussion with anyone signed in. The open discussion will be free to anyone speaking or bring up an idea, opinion, or random thought/question. Like I said in my description the open discussion will bring a new idea to another person which that idea could lead to anything to something. Hopefully this will lead to a public even where their could be Celebrities showing out speaking on there idea of diversity and there personal experience which could be very encouraging to the youth.

6. The X Factor: What is different about your project compared to other programs or solutions already out there?

What’s different about my idea compared to others is this is not just a one place thing, this is for every living soul on this Earth will have the choice to talk on this. It won’t be complete diversity then, then will also bring cultural diffusion. It’s not bias.

7. Impact: How has your project made a difference so far?

I will know my plan is making a difference when people start acknowledging it, when the people in the app are accepting to each other because that’s a start that’s proving that humans with no labels on them can get along, that all labels that’s are getting judged on are untrue. That little change is a little change in the world big a big change to one person life.

8. What’s Next: What are your ideas for taking your project to the next level?

Make an actual website or app and get people into it. After there’s enough on board, public events with people coming out speaking there thoughts. The youth will be heard.

9. Which of the following types of expertise would be most useful for you?

  • Public Relations

10. Finances: If applicable, have you mobilized any of the following resources so far?

  • Friend support
  • Family support
