2. The Problem: What problem are you helping to solve?
There are two problems I would like to address. The first one lies in the division of women due to one's perception of "image" and the other problem is the bee population is declining rapidly. The first problem is a self-image complication. In media today, women are subjected to a lot of unrealistic beauty standards. Some standards conflict with a woman's physical and mental health. With this being said, solving this problem would unify women.
3. Your Solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.
Over the years I've done research on the benefits of honey. Honey should be used daily in order to ensure good health. When it comes to honey, we need bees. The bee's population has been decreasing rapidly. My goal is to knock out to birds with one stone. There are several ways to give back to bees and planting certain flowers will help our wonderful pollinators population grow since this project requires honey, giving back is the only way to keep the chain going. My solution for women's unity is providing a beauty box filled with natural and organic products to help women deal with harmful and toxic products consumed daily. Accompanied with the box is a "Pen-Pal" pairing system to link women from different walks of life together. I want there to be "Tea Parties" (regular meetings via online or in person) with the women who decide to partake in this project. It is a sisterhood type movement only filled with positivity, motivation, and emphasis on beauty. The sole purpose of why my slogan is "Glazed Beauties by Bee". Woman do not need to be playing on opposing teams because of jealousy, envy, and self-hate. I want to bring all teams together with love, peace, and confidence.
4. Example: Please walk us through a specific example of what happens when a person or group gets involved with your project.

6. Impact: How has your project made a difference so far?
So far I've been telling friends, family, and peers online about my idea and they feel as if it'll make an impact. I have a huge range of ideas in mind like self-defense for women, planning advice, soul-searching, anger management, healthy habits and eating, planting tips, makeup tips, and so forth. I want women to be more supportive and open about touchy topics like domestic abuse, rape, substance abuse, and etc. I want it to be a safe haven where women do not feel alone.
7. What’s Next: What are your ideas for taking your project to the next level?
I need sponsors. I researched all natural ingredients and know what to do. I just need funding. I will focus on making samples of each product and get volunteers consent to test all products over the course of 2-3 months. I need to record data and make sure it'll be good enough for use and is effective. After that, I'll most likely pitch the idea to my college or community to see who's interested. The sky is the limit at this point.
8. Future Support: What are the resources needed to make your vision a reality?
As of right now, I do not have any resources. I come from a low-income family and receive little to no support as it is. The small support I do possess is friends and family. I have a few people that are okay with working with me as my team members and behind me wholeheartedly. I am working on a website and possibly a GoFundMe soon. I also might take up fundraising for this.
10. Ripple Effect: Please share some ideas of how you could partner with other changemakers or involve other young people as leaders in making a difference.
I can involve other young people as leaders in making a difference by emphasizing that some shortcomings in life can lead you down the path that you will find your passion. I've told people about my shortcomings of not being close with my mother, losing my only mother figure, my grandmother, to cancer, being homeless my senior year of high school and almost dropping out as a way to show that anything is possible. Anything that evokes thought, creativity, and unity is the way to go.
