1.Founding Story: Share a story about the "Aha!" moment that led the founder(s) to get started or the story of how you saw the potential for this to succeed.

Who Will Take This Training? People who want to do something for their communities, non-profit staff, police officers, school counselor, workshop facilitators, youth trainers, veteran’s counselors, church pastors, youth ministers, teachers, fathers, mothers, etc. “I learned more valuable usable techniques in a very short time than ever. The best part is the curriculum, content; presentation and workbooks, (and they) are priceless. I highly recommend your Certified Community Master Trainer Program .RG, Washington, D.C.

2. The Problem: What problem are you helping to solve?

• In order to survive, communities must understand how to create jobs through workforce readiness and entrepreneurial activity outside the realm of local school systems and community colleges that teach only “how-to-get a job” skills. • We must also prepare our youth and young adults for the 21st Century workforce by teaching them soft-skills and survival skills.

3. Your Solution: How are you planning to solve this problem? Share your specific approach.

A community-base training institute of professional community centric workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and life preparation skills (soft-skill) certificate training is now a requirement for the success of “people who do not want to ( or cannot) go to college”. This training should provide workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and life preparation skills training (soft-skills) training that will enable youth and adults to think “making-a-jobs” versus just “getting-a-job”. In order to compete in the 21st Century workforce, youth and young adults today must have technology based training to obtain a technology related career and/ or occupation, and if they do not want to go to school, they must have entrepreneurial training to be able to start a business. Our targeted training population is community transitional at-risk youth and young adults, high school (and college) dropouts, youth involved with the juvenile justice system, ex-offenders and unemployed youth and young adults between the age of 17 and 25 years of age

4. Example: Please walk us through a specific example of how your solution is working to solve the problem.

What is a Master Trainer Certification? ( 1 ) It certifies you to teach workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and self-help skills topics. ( 2 ) You will be certified, licensed and be given permission to use our workshop curriculum and workshop manuals. (3 ) This training will help you to start your own training program for people who do not want to (or cannot) go to college.

5a. Too many people in the U.S. have unmet needs for financial products and services. How is your work reaching a population(s) that is currently underserved? If it is not reaching an underserved population yet, how might it in the near future?
