The goal of our SkilledForceJOB project is to develop a national "community centric" workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and life preparation skills (soft-skills) train-the-trainer program /partnerships with educational institutions, non-profit and community development organizations nationwide.

2. The Problem: What problem are you helping to solve?
• In order to survive, communities must understand how to create jobs through workforce
readiness and entrepreneurial activity outside the realm of local school systems and community
colleges that teach only “how-to-get a job” skills.
• We must also prepare our youth and young adults for the 21st Century workforce by teaching
them soft-skills and survival skills.

A community-base training institute of professional community centric workforce readiness,
entrepreneurship and life preparation skills (soft-skill) certificate training is now a requirement
for the success of “people who do not want to ( or cannot) go to college”.

What is a Master Trainer Certification?
( 1 ) It certifies you to teach workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and self-help skills topics.
( 2 ) You will be certified, licensed and be given permission to use our workshop curriculum and workshop manuals.
(3 ) This training will help you to start your own training program for people who do not want to (or cannot) go to college.

Our online training retreats provides a variety of online tools to help ensure your students will receive a successful training initiative and to gives your students on-demand online and immediate access to workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and life preparation training from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection.

Staff Development Trainer.com is a Division of Faith Institute of Entrepreneurship, Inc., founded in 2003, as a national ONLINE and LIVE train-the-trainer organization that certifies (*) and teaches trainers how to teach life-skills, self esteem and self-sufficiency training workshops. We are presently operating with a part-time staff. We need $ 675,000 to hire and to train a full time staff of an operations manager, an accounting manager, an office manager, sales associates and other staff (see our attached grant proposal.
