Opportunity Areas - a description and template

Near the end of the Research phase, we synthesize the contributions that have been submitted and work with you to spot trends and develop opportunity areas. Opportunity areas are a great way to drive the Ideas phase and focus submissions. Below is a very lightweight starting off point to give you an example of what they could look like.

In the Research phase we collectively explored the issues surrounding customer engagement - from interviews with customers, to analysis of existing data and opportunities for better tracking of new data.

On the back of all these insights, we've identified six opportunity areas that we can use as jumping off points as we brainstorm new solutions in the Ideas phase.
