Basic skills such as tailoring or jewellery making is not neccesarily a viable life course from women who are victims of gender-based violence. I really loved the holistic, long-term, and aspirational goals you have and that you encourage your trainees to aim for formal sector employment.
A wonderful contribution to Bangladesh. I particularly enjoyed reading that you have provided training to over 10,000 female workers so far and that some of them then become leaders (they're empowered!) and continue to recruit more women for training.
Really enjoyed your focus on developing 'soft' skills as this is indeed relevant before future progress can be made. Regaining self-confidence and self-esteem is paramount in order for someone to successfully move on.
