When I (Jeremy) was in fourth grade, I saw the cover of National Geographic’s 2014 climate issue. On the front was a photo of the Statue of Liberty up to her waist in water. Even at just nine years old, I knew that this wasn’t the kind of future I wanted.
If we fail to take drastic measures to combat climate change, future generations will be born into a crisis they never caused. And my generation will be the first to have to deal with that crisis. That’s why Charlie and I have been fighting for the past six years for a livable future.
There's a lot of apps on my phone that I never really end up using; they just kind of take up storage. However, this is an app that I could actually see myself using, and I'm sure many of my friends would feel the same. Good luck, man!
