Hi, thank you for the positive feedback! I’ve actually been looking into ways of running more energy efficient food trucks considering the food won’t necessarily need to be cooked. I’m still doing research at the moment. As far as utensils I would love to be as eco friendly as possible. A lot of places in La use biodegradable containers and utensils so I’m sure it won’t be a problem to find a distributor. I’ve never heard of ugly foods but yeah I’ve noticed a lot of perfectly good food does get thrown out. I’d like to give as much as economically possible away to people who need it ideally.
