I am an advent "yogi" who has been practicing for over five years. Yet, i continue to be plagued by crossroads, constantly struggling with whether to play video games or chat with friends; practice the piano or the clarinet for band; walk my over-sized puppy, Evan, or vegetate gaming strategies on YouTube; binge a horror series or make a root beer float. I believe that crossroads are a part of every teen's life and I am committed to making them (crossroads) bearable by changing how we interact on social media. We must learn how to work together and how to resolve conflict peaceably.

This is not a true statement. There are mental health apps that serve as communication tools that can accomplish the same task.
This is exactly what is needed to engage and motivate student learning. Many students become disengaged in school because there is countless testing without the benefit of hands-on application.
