Grow Mindful WNY
Our work with kids and other adults in and across schools has grown more consricted through the years. More of us feel pressured regarding academics along with broader concerns that fuel competition, overt & covert bullying, and a generalized sense of anxiety. Upon realizing--as individuals--the profound benefits of mindfulness practice, & with our collective experience in social work and education, planting the seeds of mindfulness locally just makes good sense. Where occasional feel-good events no longer suffice in building a sense of belongingness, mindfulness does this with authenticity.

Terrific program in that addresses kids who might otherwise be considered "cast-offs". Especially in light of the follow up 4H mentoring that can continue & access to to the teen addiction program, I applaud your work. :)
Terrific project! Should be replicated everywhere.
