I was born 40 years ago in Brasov, but my mother comes from Viscri, one of the villages in Tarnava Mare. Many holidays were spent in the village. After the fall of communism, my parents moved back to Viscri. I realised that this was a difficult time for the villages, which had to cope with big changes - I dedicated my life to helping the survival of Viscri and other farming communities, which offer environmental /socio-economic sustainability, food, quality of life. I realised that these villages are a model for the future, not a thing of the past. So, I started ADEPT with other local people.
